Mr. Hovey joined the company in 2009. He has diversified experience in all areas of Senior Management, Sales and Marketing, and Manufacturing Operations, (including Acquisition Transitions, Organizational Restructuring, Cost Analysis & Reduction, Production and Production Scheduling, Labor Relations, Public Relations, Project Management, Maintenance Management, Purchasing, Human Resources, Safety and Environmental Management) Prior to joining AirMedCare Network, Mr. Hovey held the position of Director of Sales & Manufacturing with The North Pacific Group. Previous to that, he was a Plant Manager with Armstrong World Industries.
Mr. Muse has been in finance for over 6 years, holding various roles in leadership and management. He possesses a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Latin American Studies and Business Management. He received his Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance, from Northwest Nazarene University.
Prior to joining AMCN, Mr. Muse worked at Citigroup managing a portfolio of real estate and personal loans.
Mr. Monday joined the company in 2013 after retiring from the United States Air Force. He is a comprehensive leader with over 20 years of experience meeting critical deadlines, expanding recruiting pipelines, transforming teams, and exceeding organizational goals. He is accustomed to changing environments and focuses on providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Sarah Gordon is the East Coast Divisional Director for AirMedCare Network. Sarah started with AirMedCare Network in 2016 as a Membership Sales Manager. She took on a management role as an Area Director in 2017 where she lead a high-performing field sales team. In 2020, Sarah began her current role as Divisional Director. She currently oversees membership operations for the eastern half of the United States managing a team of Directors and Business Development Specialists. Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and her master’s degree from Tennessee Technological University.
Michael Parrish has been in sales for over 10 years, holding various roles in the sales organizations he’s been a part of. Mr. Parrish has been an employee with the AirMedCare Network since 2009. During Michael’s employment with AMCN, he has held many roles from sales representative, to business-to-business retention specialist, to supervisor, and finally as Senior Call Center Manager. Michael has provided leadership to all areas within the AMCN call center and helped to achieve one of the highest member retention rates in the industry.
Brandi Jordan is Senior Project Manager for the AirMedCare Network. In 2006, she joined the Membership team as a Call Center Specialist. In 2014, she took on the role of managing the Membership Systems Administration Department. Brandi led the System Development and Business Relations teams, providing superior leadership during critical transition phases, providing business partnership evolution, and installing database enhancements. With a strong knowledge of both business and database systems, she has been tasked with project management, including the additions of providers within the AirMedCare Network.
